Is TernX affiliated with the vacation provider?
No. TernX is NOT affiliated with the vacation provider, please read the conditions on the gift voucher and follow the instructions to book your trip. Please direct all support questions to the vacation provider.
Do I have to attend any presentations?
No, you will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation.
These are top quality resorts with no hidden fees or strings attached.
How are you able to offer these awesome vouchers?
Our holiday provider has contracts with the world’s leading hotel chains and resorts to help them fill their otherwise empty rooms.
They’ve been helping hotels & resorts fill these empty rooms for many years – resulting in additional revenue for hotels from other areas of their property and through future bookings.
Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs.
So, when hotels provide rooms by partnering with our travel partner, they might forego the room fee, but they didn’t have that in the first place.
At least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, an extra day stay & future bookings, etc.
The reason this program works so well is because it’s a win-win for everyone involved.
What’s the booking procedure?
Please follow the booking procedure shown on your holiday voucher.
IT’S AS SIMPLE AS 1,2,3.
Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation.
Travel to & from your chosen hotel or resort is not included.

These fees are based on a few factors – examples include but are not limited to:
- Remuneration to a 3rd party booking engine
- Travel agency fees
- Housekeeping/room cleaning room fees
- Allowance for replacement of damaged or stolen room amenities.
Bookings fees are from AUD $37 per night & are variable across destinations.
Do I get to choose my hotel or resort?
Yes, you will be able to select from a number of “available” hotels & resorts.
Different hotels & resorts will have different availability depending on the times that you choose.
We recommend you choose weekdays vs weekends and avoid major school holidays for best hotel options and availability.
Do I get to choose my destination?
Yes, you get to choose from various destinations you wish to travel to from Oceania and South East Asia when you register your Vacation Gift Voucher. All details will be on the voucher.

Do the accommodations allow kids?
The short answer is YES, for many of the hotels or resorts.
Whilst the voucher is for two people, most hotels or resorts allow 2 children up to 12 years of age to stay in the same room as 2 adults.
Are there any extra fees or costs?
You will receive luxury hotel or resort accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to AUD $350 per night.
However, you are responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
Are flights included?
Flights are NOT included.
You are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
Can I choose from all of the locations?
You can choose from any of the locations as long as you reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometres away from the participating hotel or resort.
