Our products are all protected by a limited 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
If we agree that the product has such a defect, we will repair or replace it (at our sole discretion) free of charge for you.
A repair may mean we will send you a repair kit or components which you can fit yourself. Don't worry - we’ll only ask you to do it if it’s easy!
Modifying a product invalidates the warranty.
The warranty is ‘return to base’ and not a free in home service. This means you'll need to return the product to us for service, at your cost.
What is not covered under warranty?
Our 12 month warranty does not cover claims resulting from improper use, abuse, overloading, child outgrowing product, not following instructions, transportation damage (including airline or freight), lack of maintenance, negligence, cosmetic damages, fading, corrosion as a result of environmental conditions or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.
If your product is outside the warranty period or terms, we will happily repair your product for a reasonable charge.
Any loss, consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using the product is, expressly excluded.
What we need from you
All claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (sales receipt) directly from TernX to verify the date and place of purchase. Only the original owner is covered by this warranty.
How do I make a claim?
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your TernX through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
