Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier.

You can update your shipping address or cancel your order yourself within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, please email hello@ternx.com with your order number. We can’t change the address once an order has shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched before we can cancel it, it will need to be returned to us, and standard return processing fees will apply (a 9% processing fee plus the cost of the return label). See our Return Policy for details.

Domestic Shipping and Estimates

Estimated delivery for the United States, Australia, Hong Kong and Europe is 3–7 business days from dispatch.

United States (prices in USD)

• Contiguous US: Free shipping on orders of US$150 or more. Orders under US$150: US$9.95 flat rate.
• Alaska & Hawaii: US$89 flat rate on all orders.
• APO addresses: We don’t currently deliver to APO addresses.

Australia (prices in AUD)

• ACT, NSW, QLD & VIC: Free shipping on orders of A$150 or more. Orders under A$150: A$11.95 flat rate.
• NT, SA, TAS & WA: Orders under 5kg: A$19.95 flat rate. Orders 5kg and over: A$32.95 flat rate.

Hong Kong (prices in USD)

• Free shipping on orders of US$150 or more. Orders under US$150: US$6.95 flat rate.

Europe (prices in EUR)

• Tier 1: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more. Orders under €150: €9.95 flat rate.
• Tier 2: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more. Orders under €150: €14.95 flat rate.
• Tier 3: Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more. Orders under €150: €24.95 flat rate.

International Shipping and Estimates

For all other destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. You can see the full list of countries we ship to in the country selector at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States and Australia, customs duties, import taxes, and currency or bank charges may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items usually dispatch within 12 weeks of your order, unless a different date is shown on the product page. Pre-order dates are a target, not a guarantee, and the delivery times above don’t apply to pre-order items.

Delivery

• Signature required: The Carry-On Luggage Stroller requires a signature on delivery.
• Failed or returned deliveries: If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery or an uncollected parcel, the customer pays any re-shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, email hello@ternx.com straight away with photos so we can help.
• Delays: Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs processing, courier delays and other events beyond our control can sometimes cause delays. We appreciate your patience.

Returns and Refunds

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to the United States, Australia and Hong Kong. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned with any bonus items. Discounted, sale and discontinued items can’t be returned. A 9% processing fee plus the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EU customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

All other orders are final sale and can’t be returned for change of mind once shipped.
